Help us deliver your best clinical outcomes
Provide complete and accurate information about your medical history, allergies, and current condition.
Follow the clinical instructions, prescribed diets, and advice given by your treating doctors and nurses.
Respect hospital staff, fellow patients, ward privacy, and hospital property at all times.
Carry your hospital UHID card, medical documents, past reports, or insurance card whenever required.
Keep your OPD appointments on time or notify the hospital in advance in case of delay or cancellation.
Take prescribed medications exactly as directed and report any side effects or discomfort promptly.
Maintain hand hygiene and personal cleanliness to help prevent infection and accelerate recovery.
Inform your doctor or nursing station immediately if your condition changes or symptoms worsen.
Participate actively in your care by asking questions and understanding your treatment and discharge plan.
Follow hospital rules, including designated visiting hours, visitor passes, safety guidelines, and discharge steps.
